How ParkEasy works

  1. Sign in with Google — your password never reaches us. We only see your name, email, and profile picture.
  2. Pick your society from the list. If yours isn't there, request it and our admin will review it within a day.
  3. Browse spots in your society — covered, open, stilt, or EV-enabled — with daily, weekly, and monthly pricing.
  4. Book directly from your neighbour. After confirmation, you get their contact details to coordinate payment and key handover.

What is ParkEasy?

ParkEasy is a marketplace where residents of apartment societies in India can rent out unused parking spots and book parking by the day, week, or month. Owners and renters connect directly within their society, and payments are settled between neighbours.

How much can I earn by listing my parking spot?

Listings on ParkEasy typically earn between ₹2,000 and ₹4,000 per month, depending on city, society, and whether the spot is covered, EV-enabled, or CCTV-monitored.

Is ParkEasy available in my city?

ParkEasy is rolling out across India. If your society isn't listed yet, you can request it from the homepage and our admin will review it.

How do payments work?

Payments are currently settled directly between the spot owner and the renter, outside the platform. After confirming a booking, you receive the owner's contact details to coordinate payment and key handover.

Is my data safe with Google Sign-In?

Yes. ParkEasy uses Google OAuth, so your password is never sent to us — only Google sees it. We receive your name, email, and profile picture only. We do not access Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data, and we never collect card details.

Can my society join ParkEasy?

Yes. Any housing society in India can join. A resident submits a request through the picker, and our admin approves it. Once approved, all residents of that society can list and book parking spots.

Payments are NOT processed on this platform. When you book a spot, you're given the owner's phone number to coordinate payment directly. We don't take a cut and we don't touch your money.

Why do I have to sign in?
So we can show you only the spots in YOUR society (and so society admins can verify residents). No anonymous browsing — same logic as a society WhatsApp group.
How do payments work?
Directly between you and the spot owner — UPI, cash, whatever you both prefer. ParkEasy doesn't process payments and never sees the amount actually exchanged.
Is it really free?
Yes. Currently free for both residents and societies. If we ever monetize, we'll be upfront about how (probably a small per-booking fee, never a subscription).
My society isn't listed. What now?
Sign in, then click "My society isn't listed" on the picker. Submit your society name and city — admin reviews it (usually within a day) and you'll be set up.
Can I delete my account?
Email support@parkeasy.online and we'll wipe your data within 48 hours. Or revoke ParkEasy's access anytime from your Google account permissions.
